Male, female (including PAP), pre-operative clearances, children's PE's, pre-camp, pre-adoption, pre-employment, pre-deployment, DOT PE's, scuba medical clearance to dive.
Acute and chronic disease, diagnosis and medical management
Including allergies, asthma, urinary tract infections, emphysema, respiratory infections, acne, headaches, hypertension, depression, menopause, thyroid disease, fatigue syndromes, peptic ulcer disease and reflux, irritable bowel, metabolic syndromes like diabetes, elevated cholesterol and gout, coronary artery disease, arthritris, ADHD testing and treatment. Referrals to subspecialists arranged when appropriate.
Acute Minor Trauma
Minor cuts, lacerations, sprains, contusions, including worksman's compensation injuries.
Women's Health Issues
Routine PAP testing (thin Prep), irregular bleeding evaluation via endometrial biopsies, peri- and post menopause counseling and treatment, contraceptive counseling, abnormal PAP treatment with cryotherapy, urinary continence issues, treatment of osteopenia & osteoporosis.
Men's Health Issues
Prostate cancer screening, erectile dysfunction counseling, age related benign prostate enlargement management, diagnosis and treatment of low testosterone states.
Office Procedures
EKG's, routine immunizations, exercise stress testing, pulmonary function testing, flexible sigmoidoscopy for colon cancer screening, colposcopy for diagnosis and treatment of abnormal PAP's, endoscopic fiberoptic otolaryngoscopy for hoarseness evaluation,Therapeutic Botox Injections, minor ingrown toenail surgery.
On Site Blood Draw Station
Staffed by expert phlebotomist drawing SFM Provider ordered labs if allowed by your health insurer.
Skin Care
Liquid nitrogen application in treatment of pre-cancerous skin lesions, or wart treatment. Office biopsy or excision of benign, questionable or cancerous skin lesions, including skin tags, basal cell or squamous cell skin cancers.
